Reach out: Give us a call, or send a text to: (503) 223-8767. We’ll schedule a time for our HVAC technician to come out for a Multi Point Tune Up and Maintenance Check on your furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, ductless heat pump, or water heater in the Portland area.
Keep it going automatically. To maintain your car, you don’t just change your oil once and call it good. Maintenance continues over time. The same is true for HVAC maintenance. Sign up for the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan, and we’ll come out twice a year to take care of your HVAC systems.

Almost all heating and cooling systems can be enrolled in the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan, including heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, furnaces, central AC systems, and water heaters.
If you have a boiler system, we may be able to help you, but depending on the configuration of your boiler, you may need to contact a boiler specialist.
Here are some examples of the systems commonly enrolled in the Plan:
A single furnace counts as one system.
Both a furnace and an AC counts as two systems.
A furnace, an AC, and a water heater counts as three systems.
A ductless heat pump with a single indoor air handler counts as one system (we don’t charge extra for the air handler).
A ductless heat pump with two indoor air handlers counts one system plus $5 for the second air handler.

Twice a year we come out to do a Multi Point Tune Up and Maintenance Check. Our goal is to improve the safety, performance, efficiency, and lifespan of your HVAC systems.

The cost of the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan varies depending on the number of HVAC systems you want to enroll (such as only a furnace, or a furnace and an AC).
One system: $24.19 / mo.
Two systems: $33.19 / mo.
Three systems: $42.19 / mo.
If you have a heat pump or ductless heat pump, the Plan does not cost extra for the first indoor air handler, but it’s $9 / mo. for each additional indoor air handler.
Please note that replacement air filters are charged separately.

When you sign up for the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan, we take your credit card number and charge you once a month. Billing occurs automatically each month until you cancel.

Canceling couldn’t be easier. Just send us an email at hello@greensavers.com to let us know you’d like to stop services, and we’ll discontinue billing for the following month.
