Cash incentives for heat pumps in Oregon

 

We're fortunate to have robust cash incentives and financing available for installing a heat pump in Portland and Central Oregon. Here's an overview: 

  • Energy Trust of Oregon: Portland and Central Oregon clients can take advantage of the Energy Trust of Oregon’s cash incentives, ranging from $250 to $700.

  • Central Electric Cooperative: Central Electric offers a generous ducted heat pump program for most Central Oregon clients. Rebates range from $250 to $1,850.

  • Midstate Electric Cooperative: Clients in Sunriver and La Pine can take advantage of Midstate’s ducted heat pump rebates starting at $500.

  • Craft3: Clients with PGE or PacificPower can finance a ducted heat pump project as well as other energy upgrades with a 6.49% loan up to $10,000 with a 10-year term.
